MINDFULNESS: OFFERING YOUR ALL

MINDFULNESS




"Mindfulness is "the intentional, accepting and non-judgemental focus of one's attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment."


I don't spend my time focusing on the things I don't agree with, and focus more on what I do...

Mindfulness is when you offer your entirety to the present moment. Moment to moment awareness on where they are focusing their energy. When you are talking to someone are you really talking to them or are you giving them lip service, and thinking, and focusing on something else? Really give that person your full attention, and presence. Be there fully, if you are talking to your parent, sibling, child, spouse, friend anyone! Give them your entire attention. Really listen to them, be there for them as a spirit and see how that changes your life, attitude, and relationships. Its not just giving your all to others, but giving your all to yourself as well. Do everything to the best, and fullest capacity that you can. Offer every moment, project, performance, sentence your all. 


Give your all in every moment, to every person, to the world. Give your all, and at the end your all still might not have been enough... If you truly appreciate every moment for what it is, you will start to look at life in a different way. 


Everyone has this obsession with control... but, when you accept that you do not have control over life, it will change your life!  Thats the beautiful thing! Its so spontaneous, and unknown... Just trust that it will all work out because what you do have control over is yourself, your education/understandings, your actions, as well as your reactions. 


As long as you trust in yourself and your strength, and capabilities you will be fine. Only way to get there though is trust in a higher divine spirit which you can connect with. Through your life will be the proof. You put you energy on what you want to learn, what you want to do, and where you wanna go. You have control of yourself, and your mind, and thats enough...


You only have so much energy to give, so be wise as to what you choose to drain your energy into. We only have so much time, and want to leave this life knowing that we didn't waste our potential. Be mindful with how you live your life. In your eulogy what do you want people to say about you? That you were rich? Or that you loved, and been loved?


Join this movement, and BE MINDFUL. Of who you are, hwat you experience, what you offer, and where you go...
