PURSUITS & INTENTIONS:

Elaborating more on pursuits, recognizing our journey, equality, as well as the intention behind our journey.


Number one there is no such thing as failure, failure is nothing more than life pointing you in a different direction. In some cases, it is just a momentary thing. For instance, if you are a boxer and your dream is to become the Heavyweight Champion of the world; but yet let the loss of one match defeat you. That does not mean you will never reach your dreams/goal it just means that this is not the moment /time / or path for you at that moment. Do NOT let your defeat DEFEAT YOU. 

WE MUST learn from our losses as we would learn from our victories or triumphs. 

THE LOSSES ARE THERE TO WAKE US UP! The failures teach us, shape us, as well as prepare us for our ultimate higher calling. We are all discovering as we go along...we do not know the ultimate plan God has for us. We must surrender our want for control. Trust in all, and realize we don't know the reason, but pay attention your path will light its way. Take the moments for what they are, learn from them, let them go and keep on moving.

If you really want to elevate your mind we could argue the point that failure does not exist. We take a lesson away from every moment, situation and experience. Whether your experience has brought you strength, courage, or hope (etc.) (Its hard to realize beings it often comes masked as pain)

 YOU ALWAYS LEAVE WITH A PRIZE, NEVER EMPTY HANDED, WALK AWAY REALIZING YOU WIN EVERY TIME.

Focus, and think to yourself

"What is the next right move for me?"

Never try and measure yourself up to next to other people. We are all equal, we are all in this together made of the same cells. We are all God's children. Inside each of us, we ALL hold a higher calling. We feel it, we know it. Its that feeling deep down in your stomach. Where your yearning lies. Stop competition, we are like stars in the sky. Why worry about shining brighter than the others, why can't we all shine together? But must not strive to shine as bright as the sun, be the brightest star you can be. Don't be something your not. You owe that honesty and truthfulness to yourself. If you lie to yourself, you will create a sense of unhappiness. 

WE ALL HAVE THE SAME STORY! CHILD OF GOD, SEEKING VERIFICATION, WANTING TO REACH THE FULLEST POTENTIAL OF OURSELVES, AND WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER.

Each story is different, but yet the same at the same time.


We all have been given a purpose, a calling, and a stage. Some people have large stages, others have small. You know inside yourself what your stage size is. Don't look at Rhianna and say "Wow, here is this girl 10 years younger than me, and has already hit such monumental levels in life beyond mine. Look how pathetic I am..." This is the issue, if you feel like your stage is meant to be that large then follow your calling, explore that path to the fullest and you will get there. It must be your calling if you feel it. Go with that feeling. Recognize that feeling. If your dream is to own a bakery, and supply your entire city with the best cakes, and pastries DO IT! We need cakes for every birthday wish! Think of the little things that matter. Even a baker impacts the life of others by giving others hope just during that birthday wish. It would be silly if we just blew out a candle without the cake...

The moral of the story is that we all have a higher purpose, a higher calling FOR A REASON.


God instills in each of us a personality, drive, soul, and our talents/abilities. Given specifically to align together and to be USED AS THE TOOLS TO SERVE YOU (THE SOUL) FOR YOUR ULTIMATE PURPOSE. To use your gifts in some way to serve this world for the greater good. Whether you are a baker, an economics major, a cop, a singer YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN YOUR ABILITIES, QUALITIES, AND PERSONALITY FOR A REASON.

As you will often find, the things in which you love to do are often what we are good at. Does this seem to be merely coincidence? The passion, and ability has been given to pursue that journey, and learn and build ourselves, as well as our souls along the way. 

Pursue your calling, you have this gravitational pool for a reason and you just so happen to have all the tools in the box you could ever need.

Now here is the main problem with this...ASK YOURSELF WHY DO I WANT TO ACHIEVE THIS, AND WHAT IS MY INTENTION? DO I TRULY WANT TO DO THIS BECAUSE I BELIEVE I HAVE SOMETHING TO OFFER? If you are just merely in something for the money, fame, cars, clothes, shoes THEN STOP RIGHT THERE. You are already going down the wrong path. You must have pure intention from the soul to use your gifts for the GREATER GOOD.  

Sure it would be nice to have money, financial freedom. That is fine. The problem is once you center your life, and worth around money, you are in it for the WRONG INTENTIONS. Your intentions are not true. Therefore you are not aligned with your correct path. Ask yourself how can I turn around, and get to where I need to go.

I realize that this pull is driven by something larger than me, telling me that my possibilities are endless, and that I was sent here with my talents, abilities, and understanding in order to use that to reach a higher platform in which I am able to share my complete and honest self by offering the WORLD my abilities, understanding, as well as contribute back to the world AS MUCH AS I CAN. 


If I have the ability to make a little girl in Uganda laugh, a little boy in Jamaica smile, a teenage boy in Montana feel inspired. If I can have any part in helping our society feel good about themselves, appreciate life and all the beauty in which it offers, gets people to see life more clearly, as well as see themselves more clearly. How amazing each of us is, and how much potential we each hold inside. Follow your dreams because the only thing holding your dreams back is the action to follow. 

My prayer is to be able to use what I love to do (my talents, and abilities) to shine any spotlight on getting mankind to come together as brothers and sisters, and dance together to the melodies of our souls. God our conductor. 


Those are my true dreams. How I'll get there I don't know. But I'm learning. Letting God conduct.
